Ethical management policy

Pursue customer satisfaction by providing the highest quality products and services, coexistence with partner companies, provide fair opportunities and support for growth to executives and employees, strive to maximize shareholder value through excellent management for shareholders, and pursue sustainable shared growth and development through safe workplace operation, active environmental protection, and social contribution activities. YuhanTech Ethical Management Compliance Pledge
1. As an employee of YuhanTech (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), we pledge to be familiar with the Company's ethical management policy and to comply with ethical norms and regulations.
2. We recognize that customers are the foundation of the company's profits and growth, and pledge to realize customer satisfaction by providing the true value they want.
3. We pledge not to harm the company by faithfully performing our duties and performing my duties negligently.
4. We pledge to do our best to protect the environment and to establish a disaster-free workplace with safety as the top priority.
5. We pledge to make transparent and fair transactions with our customers and partners based on mutual trust and respect, and faithfully fulfill our obligations for mutual growth and development.
6. We pledge not to use our superior position to demand fraudulent, unfair monetary transactions or take economic benefits from our partners and employees, and we pledge not to raise any objections in any form to the company's sanctions (including legal action and financial loss compensation) if fraudulent transactions are confirmed.
7. We pledge to value and protect the Company's property (including intellectual property rights) and to bear all responsibilities arising from its personal use (including legal action and financial loss compensation) regardless of its work.
8. We pledge not to arbitrarily divulge information and materials (including intellectual property rights) obtained during work to third parties, and to make separate copies and not to divulge them without the consent of the company.
9. We pledge not to download and use illegally the software that is required for business purposes only.
10. When we leave the company, we pledge to return the goods, etc. paid by the company intact, and to return the damaged part after restoring it to its original state.
11. We raise an objection in any form to the company's sanctions (including legal action and compensation for financial losses) if any act that violates the company's ethical management policy and regulations is confirmed or causes financial damage
